I would like to understand the discrepancy. Are they reporting a different thing, or is one of them wrong?

Company: Chin Hin Bhd (Malaysia)

– Bloomberg calls it “shares outstanding” at 505.888mil

https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/CHIN:MK

– Google calls it “shares” at 474.289mil

https://www.google.com/finance?cid=383842989181693

– Company’s last quarter report uses the number 474.289mil (referring to it as weighted avg number of shares)

– Company’s website stock ticker uses 505.888mil (“no of shares issued”)

http://www.insage.com.my/ir/cmn/trps03/priceticker.aspx?Symbol=5273

– i3investor reports it as 505.888mil (“NOSH”)

So there are two numbers being used. Which is correct? Why the discrepancy?
